These terms cover the games and apps made by Genius Games LLC that link to this page. A product with its own website has its own terms, and those apply to it. By using a product you accept these terms.

Games for adults

A game marked 18+ on its store page is for adults 18 and over only. Our games are works of fiction: their places, businesses and people are made up, and any resemblance to a real business or person is a coincidence.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are sold through the App Store underApple's standard licence agreement, and refunds are handled by Apple. One-time purchases can be restored on another device with Restore purchases. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. In-game currency and everything else earned or bought in a game is a licence to use it in that game only: it has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and is lost if the game is deleted. Nothing in our games is gambling, and nothing can be won or cashed out.

Advertising

Some products show ads from Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policyfor the data ads use.

Changes to our products

We may change, rebalance or remove parts of a product, including its store, at any time.

No warranty

Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Genius Games LLC is not liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products, including lost progress.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest revision. Using a product after a change means you accept the revised terms.
