Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy covers the games and apps made by Genius Games LLC ("we"). A product with its own website has its own privacy policy, linked below, and that policy applies to it. Every other product follows this one. What each product uses lists which parts of this policy apply to each one.
Progress and settings saved on your device
Your progress, your settings and anything you make are saved on your device. There is no account to make, and we do not ask for your name, email address or location. Deleting the product from your device deletes what it saved.
Crash reports
When the app crashes or hits an error, it sends a report through Google's Firebase Crashlytics so we can find and fix the problem. A report includes the error and where in the app it happened, your device model and iOS version, the app version, and an anonymous ID for this install so we can tell whether one problem affects one person or many. It does not include your name, email address, or anything you have written in the app. Reports are kept for 90 days.
Diagnostic logs
The app sends its own diagnostic messages (for example, which screen failed to load and why) to our servers, with a random identifier made for your device and the app's version, so we can fix problems on devices we cannot plug in. They are used only to fix problems and are kept for up to 30 days.
Ads from Google AdMob, without tracking
Some products show ads from Google AdMob, for example a banner, an occasional full-screen ad at a natural break, or a video ad when you tap to watch one for a reward. AdMob can collect your IP address, device identifiers other than your advertising identifier, and how you interact with ads, to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. These products do not ask to track you, so your advertising identifier is not shared and the ads you see are not personalised across other companies' apps and websites. Learn more onGoogle's AdMob data disclosure pageand in Google's Privacy Policy.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are made through Apple's App Store; we never see your payment details. The app only learns which purchases were made, so it can unlock them and restore them on another device with Restore purchases. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. Refunds are handled by Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com.
Accounts and sign-in
Where a product offers an account, you can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. We store the name and email address that sign-in method gives us, and what you save to your account, so it follows you between devices. You can delete your account from the product's settings, which removes your sign-in and the data stored under it.
Games for adults
Some of our games are made for adults 18 and over, and say so on their store page. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. None of our other products is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Messages you send us
If you email us or use a product's contact form, we keep what you include (your name, email address, message and any screenshots you attach) so we can reply and look into it.
Where data is stored and who sees it
Crash reports, diagnostic logs, accounts and messages are stored with Google Firebase and Google Cloud. We do not sell your information, and we share it only as needed to run the features described here and, for ads, with Google's advertising products.
Your choices
- You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in iOS Settings at any time.
- Deleting a product from your device deletes what it saved there.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, emailsupport@geniusgames.com and name the product.
